Last week, we released a new feature to make your stack deployments on Cloud 66 even easier: Native Redis Support.
With native redis support, using redis-rb, resque or sidekiq will trigger an automatic deployment and configuration of Redis.
You will be presented with the same option in Redis deployment as with your normal database (MySql, PostgreSQL or MongoDB): locally on the same box, deployed on a dedicated server or using an external service for your Redis.
As always you can install and configure Redis or any other package to your servers manually or through the new Manifest files and Deployment Hooks.
