A few words from our CEO
As we approach the end of 2019, I wanted to take a moment and reflect on the last year and think about the year ahead of us.
With our roots firmly in the Rails community, we invested a great deal of our time and energy in 2019 into making our products even better for Rails developers. Cloud 66 for Rails is already enjoying amazing success across the board with teams who are serious about running Rails applications in production. Meanwhile Skycap, our deployment pipeline for Kubernetes, has had huge improvements to make deployment of Rails applications onto any Kubernetes cluster much easier and more enjoyable.
In 2019 we released Rolling Deployments for Rails, Advanced Rails health checks, support for MySQL 8 and multi-master Kubernetes clusters in Maestro. We also rolled out a new suite of security tools to ensure the safety and security of our customers' accounts which have helped many of our customers in the past 7 months.
We have a packed roadmap for 2020 starting with amazing Rails support for Kubernetes in Skycap, a much faster asset compilation pipeline for Rails, a brand new fast-deploy pipeline for Maestro, and also persistent storage support across the board for Maestro too. A while back I told you about our efforts to make Skycap the best deployment tool for Rails applications on top of Kubernetes and I can't wait to share what our team has achieved.
All that's left to say from me is a big thank you to all of our customers who have been amazing champions of Cloud 66 and who have never failed to help us improve and serve them better.
