Simpler API calls

We have made our API calls simpler: Now you only need your API key to
connect to them.

One difference is that now you can only connect to the API via HTTPS
(SSL). All HTTP calls to the API are now refused.

This change allows you to use simple command line tools like CURL to
connect to the API.
